Director Bios

Ashley’s Bio:
Ashley DeMott has been involved in the cheer world since 1996 when she began on Cheer Elite, an all star program in Albuquerque, NM.  She was involved with Cheer Elite until 2003 and over that time received numerous regional and state titles as well as competed Nationally (NCA, UCA).  Ashley graduated in 2003 from Eldorado High School (Albuquerque) where she was a four year Varsity member and also received many regional and state titles and competed nationally each year.  At the end of her senior year she also received the Top Senior Award given out to the outstanding Senior Cheerleader at the State Competition.  After graduating, Ashley moved to Costa Mesa, CA, and was made a member of the Orange Coast College Cheer team from 2004-2006.  Over those two years at OCC, Ashley received 3 National Titles with the All-Girl and Small-Coed Cheer Teams (USA, UPA) and also a very memorable second at NCA her final year.  Besides cheering for OCC in California, she also cheered her last year for PACE All Stars receiving a USA National Title. Since moving to Arizona in 2006, Ashley has been cheering for the PACE Phoenix All-Girl Open team for two years, winning 2 National Titles (USA, UPA) and most recently winning the USASF World Championships in 2008. 
Ashley began coaching while still in Albuquerque.  She worked with her high school’s JV and Freshmen Teams, Cheer Elite’s competitive teams, and taught Kindergym and Tumbling at a local gym.  While in California, she was an assistant coach to the Fountain Valley High School Cheer teams and helped with the all star cheer program at PACE.  Ashley has coached at some local all star gyms since moving back to Arizona and has also helped many high school teams with training and choreography.

Allie’s Bio:
Allie Triassi is a 2004 graduate of Deer Valley High School in Glendale, AZ.  While at Deer Valley she was a 4 year Varsity cheerleader and received several regional titles as well as 3 State Titles and was a USA National Champion in 2004.  She also received the Most Valuable and Most Spirited Award voted by her coach (Vicki Jones) and fellow cheerleaders.  After graduating she moved to Costa Mesa, CA where she attended and cheered for Orange Coast College, which still has a nationally ranked cheer and dance program coached by Mike Reynolds and Dan Sapp (owners of PACE All Stars).  Over two years at OCC, Allie received 7 National Titles in All-Girl Stunt (USA, UPA, and UCA) and 3 National Titles with the All-Girl and Small-Coed Cheer Teams (USA, UPA).  Besides cheering for OCC in California, Allie also cheered two years for PACE All Stars receiving 2 National Titles (USA). Allie’s coaching background started after she graduated high school and became a United Spirit Association Staff Member and also coached for Marina High School in Huntington Beach.  Since moving back to Arizona she has coached for some all star programs as well as helped and choreographed for several high school teams in the valley.
