Classes
If a competitive team is not exactly what you’re looking for but you are still interested in tumbling or cheering…we can help! Our tumbling classes are divided up by skill level as follows:
Basic Tumbling: Little to no experience is necessary.
Back Handspring Prep: A solid Round-off and handstand is needed for this class.
Back Handspring Required: A standing and round-off back handspring required.
Tucks and More: A round-off tuck and/or round-off back handspring tuck required.
Standing Tumbling: No experience necessary, but class will focus only on standing tumbling (back handsprings, tucks, etc.).
Tryout Prep: A must for any cheerleader getting ready to tryout for a cheer team of any level. This class will focus on tumbling, jumps, and motions, as well as going through the general tryout process.
Strength Training and Conditioning: This is a great class for getting that extra workout in and will focus on conditioning your body for a season of cheer as well as building endurance. There will be two classes, split by age: 6-10 and 11 and up.
